Located deep within the Swedish taiga, The Forest Loft is an exercise in subtractive architecture. The design focuses on wide-aperture windows that frame the shifting colors of the birch and pine.
By elevating the structure on galvanized steel stilts, the loft minimizes its footprint on the forest floor, allowing the local flora to thrive undisturbed beneath the living quarters.
